I used to be a sugar addict and candy junkie!  Now I can’t get enough fruit.  I love it fresh, frozen in a smoothie, or dehydrated where I eat it like candy.  But for warm summer days nothing beats sinking our teeth into some fresh juicy fruit.  This recipe is perfect for a picnic, potluck, or afternoon snack.  It is a simple and elegant alternative to a fruit salad.  Wow your guests with a beautiful arrangement of fruit kabobs and you will be invited to every party this summer.

Simple, delicious, and refreshing breakfast, snack, or side dish perfect for those war summer days. NOTE this recipe work best with fresh fruit. Frozen fruit can be a little too soft to hold its shape on the skewers.

Ingredients
  • Berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • Melon (watermelon, honeydew, or cantaloupe)
  • Pineapple
  • Kiwi
  • Bananas
  • Grapes
  • Any fruit that you love
  • Yogurt (So Delicious Vanilla is amazing with this!)
  • Bamboo skewers
Instructions
  1. Wash all the fruit.
  2. Cut and peel as needed.
  3. Insert skewers into the fruit.
  4. Fill serving cups with the yogurt.
